Accessible entry
We want your visit to be as comfortable and as stress-free as possible. If you are a person living with a disability, or would have a more pleasant experience with us with certain accommodations met, please reach out to our front of house team upon arrival and they’ll happily assist you wherever possible. You can also give us a heads up about any accessibility requirements you might have (such as seating) and ask us for any further info you might need about the venue’s accessibility via e-mail (hello@therechabite.com.au).

Accessible Entry
Accessible entry is via William Street in the alcove as shown in the image below, to the left of the main entrance.
Lift
Once inside, the lift can be found to the left of the accessible entry. All four levels are accessible by lift. Please note that in the main hall, the upper balconies are only accessible via stairs. Elevator internal dimensions: 1.26m(D) x 1.41m(W) x 2.17m(H).
Bathrooms
Unisex accessible bathrooms can be found on the basement level and are accessible via lift and stairs.
Additional Access Requirements
Please email hello@therechabite.com.au prior to your event date if you have any access requirements when attending a show. Whether it be an extra chair, extra space or anything else, we will do our best to accommodate!
