We strive to be a fun and friendly space where everyone can feel welcome and safe to freely be themselves.
We do not condone discrimination against others based on gender, race, sexual orientation, or a person’s abilities. We simply do not tolerance any anti-social behaviour that may look like pushing and shoving, being in other peoples’ personal space, speaking inappropriately to others, drinking too much, or generally disrupting others trying to have a good time.
We welcome all guests entering the venue to dress however make one feel most comfortable in their own skin, within the loose confines of a ‘smart casual’ dress code. This including safe footwear, suitable for whatever adventure you may take whilst moving through the venue. As we are licensed premises, nipples of all genders, buttocks and genitalia must be covered.
We aim to get everyone into the venue with minimal wait or inconvenience. So, come prepared and have your valid form of photo ID ready upon entry or at the request of any of our friendly staff. In certain cases, bag checks are conducted to ensure a safe visit for all. Items that are not permitted within the venue may be confiscated from you. Certain confiscated items can be retrieved upon exit on a case-by-case discussion with venue management and security. However, unfortunately this is not a guarantee. Mutual respect on this front is appreciated.
If you are a person living with a disability, or someone who may have certain needs to make your visit more accessible, please reach out to our front of house team upon arrival who can assist you wherever possible. You can give us a heads up about any accessibility requirements you might have via e-mail (hello@therechabite.com.au), including seating requirements and info about the venue’s accessibility.
We honour the Companion Card Scheme and we’d love it if you could send us an email in advance to organise any companion tickets. It’s of the utmost importance to us that everyone is as safe and comfortable as possible during their visit.
We’ve got an awesome team of friendly and approachable front of house staff, bar staff, management, and security who are all here to keep things running smoothly!
