What accessibility options are available at The Rechabite?

Can I bring my own food into a show?

Sorry, but we can’t allow external food into the venue. Don’t worry though, we’ve got you covered with some delicious bar food and dinner options at our restaurant, Double Rainbow. Check out our menu here.

Is BYO available?

As a licensed premises, we don't permit BYO. However, we offer a wide selection of drinks from local beers to cocktails across all of our four levels.

What is the dress code?

Where can I find the set times for my event?

Where set times for a show are published, they're usually first announced on the relevant event found on our Facebook page. We also share this information on our Instagram when available, or you can check the social channels of the specific event.

Where can I find the door time and start time?

Doors usually open half an hour before the event starts. For specific times, check our website listing; if you've purchased a ticket we'll send you a reminder with all info three days out from the event.

Can I bring someone under 18 to an 18+ show if I accompany them?

Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent at all times and are not permitted on the premises after 10:00pm. If an event is listed as 18+ events we're unable to accept guests under 18, even if they're accompanied.

Are tickets available for a sold out/off-sale show?

If a show is listed as sold out, info on door sales can usually be found on our website event listing or Facebook event page. Some shows may hold a portion of tickets for door sales however, we don't usually offer door sales to sold out shows.

What forms of ID do you accept and what do I do if I’ve lost mine?

As a licensed venue, we require all guests present valid photo ID upon entry. If you've lost your ID, please email us here and we'll see what options are available.

Do you have a coat check available?

The venue itself does not have a permanent coat check, some specific events may offer this service, we'll mention this in the event description on our website if it's available.

Do I need to make a booking for Double Rainbow or Hello Rooftop?

We always have space in our bars for walk-ins but bookings are encouraged to save any disappointment. You can book a table at Double Rainbow on our website here. For groups of 10 or more guests please send us an e-mail and we'll tee up a table for you!
